Chez Philou 小巴黎法蘭斯料理



Philippe (with wife Josephine behind him) assists a diner with a very novel new offerings--Raclette (NT$520). Very popular in France's Savoy region and Switzerland, this imported grill comes with sliced potatoes, tomatoes, oyster mushrooms, salami, smoked chicken and beef, French bread, and cheese. Philippe(後面是他妻子Josephine)正協助客人享用一道非常特殊的新菜--燒乳酪(520元),這道菜在法國的Savory區域和瑞士相當受歡迎,這個進口的烤架旁邊擺著馬鈴薯片、番茄、袖珍菇、義大利臘腸、燻雞、牛肉、法國麵包和起司。起司會放在一個小盤子裡,先在下層融化,再搭配其他已經在上層烤好的食材一起吃
