French Chef Philippe Rouchet has relocated his Tonton Philou restaurant from the Dakeng Scenic Area to the downtown "Little Europe" neighborhood and offers both old and new entrees, including nine pasta and five risotto dishes (NT$180-190) that diners can also make part of a weekday Business Lunch (NT$170 with soup or soft drink). Very popular in France's Savoy region and Switzerland, this imported grill comes with sliced potatoes, tomatoes, oyster mushrooms, salami, smoked chicken and beef, French bread, and cheese.
